Emma Auscher is the Head of Customer Experience at Notion, where she is responsible for helping customers build the tools they need to succeed. An expert in curating innovative solutions to retain and grow customer base and revenue, she was previously the Director of Self-Service Growth & Customer Experience at Lob. She has over twelve years of leadership experience building, scaling and transforming high performing global teams. Prior to joining the tech industry, Emma worked in the hospitality industry for luxury brands such as Leading Hotels of the World and Starwood’s St Regis. Emma hails from France, speaks three languages and has led teams in Europe, Asia and the United States.
